Scottish Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man a £20 surcharge applies, Eire a £25 surcharge applies, in addition to the normal £4.45 delivery charge.
Also a £5.00 surcharge apples on items marked as heavy. This heavy charge increases to £10.00 in areas with a regional surcharge. (See above).
90% of orders are dispatched within 24hrs but for a small range of items delivery will take 3 working days.
Deliveries and orders will be limited to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
All delivered goods will require a signature and any refusal or delay in acceptance of the delivery will be deemed to be your responsibility and any damages, expenses, costs or losses caused by such a delay or refusal will be deemed to be your responsibility.
Should there be a delivery delay in excess of five days we will contact you as soon as possible after this and offer you the option to either wait delivery or to cancel your order and claim any refund of payments you may have made.
However, as goods are subject to availability and as some of our goods are shipped in periodically from overseas sometimes a delay in delivery is beyond our control. Any costs or losses, damages and expenses caused by any delay in delivery are not our liability.
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of carriage costs. The carriage costs will be calculated and clearly shown in your shopping cart at the point of placing the order.
Claims and Refunds
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you will have 5 working days in which to inform us of any such damages or losses. We will arrange collection of damaged goods and will replace the goods with no charge to you. At our discretion we may arrange the refund of monies paid for the damaged good instead of a replacement. We will accept no liability for any claims for damage made outside this time limit.
Returns
If goods returned to us as either damaged or not working are found to be in full working order, we will return them to you and may, at our discretion, charge an admin fee of 20% of the sale value of the goods plus the return carriage.
If, within the space of 12 months from the date of delivery, or longer if stated by the manufacturer, the goods should fail from defects or manufacturers workmanship we will either replace or refund the value of the goods or return the goods to our supplier for repair or replacement. Should the failure be through actions or misuse by the customer, we will return the goods and, at our discretion, charge an admin fee of 20% of the original sale value of the goods plus any carriage charges incurred.
